Medical camp was jointly organised by SASS and ASACT at Arikkembedu and was inaugurated by Mr.K.Pandiarajan Honourable Minister for Tamil Language & Culture, on 24.11.19. 300 patients attended the Camp of which 40 persons were diagnosed for free Cataract surgery at Sankara Nethralaya and 76 women underwent Cancer screening arranged by Rotary Cancer Screening Foundation along with Penn Nalam Hospital. The Minister assured support to the Trust's charitable activities and also assured to reactivate the Panchayat water connection to Arikkembedu Health Care Centre, as early as possible.

Mr.J.Swaminathan,Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India, handed over a cheque for Rs.23,94,200/- to Mr.V.G.A.Menon, Chairman Annanagar Sri Ayyappa Charitable Trust as donation towards purchase of Diagonistic Laboratory equipments including Digital X'ray and Printer under Bank's Corporate Social Responsibility initiative at a .function held in SBI Local Head Office at College Lane, Chennai on 9th December, 2020. Messrs.B.Sankar,CGM, V.D.Jaiswal, Ms Shirley Thomas, General Managers,SBI, Mr.Jaishankar Unnithan, Secretary and Dr.C Bhasker,Treasurer of the Trust participated in the above function. It is proposed to commence the Diagonistic Lab attached to the Health Care Centre now functioning at Arekkdmbedu, Vellanoor Village, near Avadi,from January,2021, offering services at affordable rates to patients. Trust is also endeavouring to establish a Vocational Training Centre at the above location under the PMKY for which the registration is pending with the Central Government authorities.

Blind and physically challenged inmates of Amrtha Kuteeram colony near Arekkembedu being transported in our Trust's Ambulance to our Healthcare Centre for treatment on 16.7.2023. Because of non-availability of transport facility above patients were deprived of getting timely medical help.
They were also given food packets and dropped at their residences after consultation with our Doctors.
